Replacements & Returns

MotoAthlete is a store managed by Upmarket Exchange, L.L.C., and the following is our return and refund policy.

If the item doesn't match what you ordered, is misprinted or is damaged, we want to make it right. Shoot us an e-mail at orders@upmarketexchange.com. Make sure to attach pictures of the issue and include your order number. Please reach out to us within 30 days of item receipt; attempts at a resolution beyond this time frame may be refused.

Currently, we can't offer refunds or exchanges that are not due to one of the above conditions. Our shirts are printed one-off as you order and our partners cannot accept a return due to a change of mind, a sizing error on the part of the buyer, etc. We are a small micro shop, and this is a limitation of our current supplier deal. That said, if you feel something truly unreasonable has occurred, e-mail us at orders@upmarketexchange.com with a description and your order number.
